The library in Camden, Mississippi, an unincorporated community in Madison County, is helping residents by offering many needed services and programs.
The long-time librarian calls the people who visit the library her "family" as she helps them fill out forms, apply for jobs, and other related needs.
This majority African-American community has seen quite a few changes over the years in the services available to them, including the use of the library system's new BookMobile.
This little library is what they call a "one-stop-shop" for the residents as they try to fulfill a huge need in a community that has little to offer, including a grocery store, fast internet service and other amenities.
